Billing Coordinator
Our Billing Coordinator, Connie has years of experience in the medical industry and has worn many different hats in our clinic. Connie has a personal touch to all her work, creating relationships with all our patients and she adds an extra element of customer service to our clinic. She is available for patients to discuss their office billing concerns. Connie is a great asset to our company and will make sure your billing needs are met.

Our cheerful receptionist will be happy to assist you with checking in for your appointment. Originally from Italy, Maria is now a resident of Fountain Hills where she lives with her husband and two children. Maria is enthusiastic and friendly, also very adept at handling all your front office needs. We have no doubt you will be charmed by her as much as we are!

Front Desk
Jamie, our receptionist, will impress you with her desire to help you with your registration and appointment needs. She is strong team player and will quickly communicate with our staff to assist you in any of your medical concerns. You can count on her to address your registration questions, process your information efficiently and get you to see our providers in a timely fashion. She strives daily to provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
Back Office Staff
Kathy
As Dr. Patel's medical assistant, Kathy will ensure that you receive the best medical care in our office. She is genuine and thorough in her initial assessment of your concerns. Her attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensures a smooth, seamless process for your visit. She also assists Dr. Patel in our IN-OFFICE vascular screening program. We screen the carotid arteries, abdominal aorta, heart and legs for plaque and disease. You will find Kathy very approachable on the phone or in the office to discuss these programs or any of your health concerns.
Cherise
Cherise is dedicated to making your experience with Dr. Finlay fabulous. Her efficient and thorough manner will comfort you at every visit. Her soft spoken, quiet demeanor is a reflection of her gentle care towards patients young and old. She has geniune interest in helping others and hope she can provide you with the best of care at your next visit!
Marissa
Marissa will leave you with an unforgettable experience with her friendly and courteous voice over the phone. She works hard to address all your medical concerns regarding your appointments, labs, reports, medical questions. Marissa sincerely cares about your health and we have confidence that her sweet disposition and professionalism will warm your heart and you will appreciate her attention to your medical care!

Ghazaleh Parsa has joined our team as a certified Esthetician with years of spa experience. She has lived in Arizona with her daughter for the last 16 years. Her knowledge and experience include many years of management in a medical spa and Esthetics. Her favorite hobby is to teach and play the piano, as music is one of her greatest passions. She is excited to join us here, at Esthetique Medi Spa, and we are confident that with her advanced training in skin care she will be able to make a difference in the way our patients look and feel!

Originally from California, Stephanie has settled in Arizona with her family. She has ten years of experience in the spa industry and has joined our spa as our certified laser technician.
