update on Dr. Diane Addie's website

FIP forums and chat groups

Unfortunately I am unable to answer all the queries that come to my inbox. I'm very sorry, but I'm sure you'll appreciate that every moment spent responding to queries is a moment less to devote to research. In addition, as a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, it would be unethical for me to advise another veterinary surgeon's client without their consent. Time permitting, if you donate to FIP research and provide written consent for me to respond to you from your veterinary surgeon I will try to answer some queries. Go to the Angelica Memorial Page to make a donation.

Forums and chat groups provide support and answer queries for people with a cat suspected of having FIP or for those who are unfortunate enough to have lost a cat to FIP. These are two that I personally recommend:

The beautiful Orion Foundation website will let you put up a photograph and story about your beloved cat.

The site is continually being updated and new material added. I hope that you will find the answer to your questions here and that you’ll come back soon.

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness could not put it out.

God bless you and your cats!

What a pity, and such a comment with a defeatist attitude!!!!

There is a cure on this particular disease and I have posted this here in the topic area. With all the experience in this and the data given I can only wonder!

Typical when people seem to resign themselves to fate??????

Up to you cat owners, you either want your cat to live and get the disease in remission or become another member of Dr. Diane's club.

Dr. Diane Addie would be thrilled to have a cure for FIP so I suggest you get in touch with her, I'm sure she would be very interested.

Oscar 1, fair enough, have Dr. Diane make contact to me here or at Canine Distemper peer to peer and I will again give her the cure regarding this disease. After a lot of testing that Dr. Sears and I have done we have come up with a trifecta of which only one is not as powerful as the other two which is quinine but it does get by. Atabrin and the Serum to make is the only two that work for long term purposes and we know the serum itself is guaranteed for life of the animal being cured. Atabrin is also very good but it takes a good month or about 21 pills of which the effect begins at 48 hours and the rest of these pills builds up the immunity factor of those to stop the virus and the immunity from the disease is pretty much for the life of the cat as well.

It appears from the results that anti-malarial drugs meant for other issues is the answer to this virus. This virus is opposite of distemper virus. Now cytokines will work when serum used, but we don't know yet because we have not found which combo(s) that has the effect.

Not really much to say on this unless she wants to try it herself and let her see for herself the cure results. Once she sees for herself then she will believe. No voodoo here or holistic either. Pure medical research only and pure medical protocol.

The difference here is the Serum is rapid cure which is a cytokine effect and Atabrin is a slow moving drug but gives the same results. Interesting. I would use the serum as the last resort if that cat is near death. Cure of the disease on rapid means is less than 48 hours. Final prognosis is excellent regarding this issue.

Dogs on the other hand need the rapid effect because they don't have weeks but only days to work with. Cats on the other hand is much longer.

I would be happy to talk to Dr. Diane here.

Hi Davey,

Dr. Diane Addie prefers not to post on the forum for the following reasons: The site is most anonymous - the contact us page gets one's details without giving anything away about their location or who he is. She also would like to know to whom she is talking. She also wonders why a working FIP treatment would not be published in the regular channels so she would know about it.

If you would like to share your treatment protocol with her I suggest you e-mail me at [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed] and tell us who you are and give us more details on your treatment. Maybe you can work together if the treatment proves to be efficient.

Kind regards,
Marleen

I will see what can be done. As to why it is not in the field journals, very difficult to do and little or no interest from the smarts and researchers to see the results, besides a lot of money is involved to do a test protocol for them etc etc.

The answer I gave is based on field results and knowledge.

Much of the cures and information today is really scattered all over in so many books and literatures be it a journal or under the experimental thesis or commentary thesis mention in the conventions etc.

To really get it in the books requires a lot of organizing, but before anyone does, it involves some people at least 2 or 3 smarts and researchers to be interested to take the time to investigate. None of this is free.

Dr. Anne probably is very much aware of this, and to do just one particular virus and disease it costs over 10,000 dollars a week. And many times such investigation will last for months. Now you understand.

The only ones who got such money to make such investment is the drug manufacturers and they control many doctors and the medical field itself. So.........

We try to now pass on information the best we can which is what Dr. Sears and I are doing and hopefully someday or some year some smart and researcher will pick this up and do it on their own and then maybe something can be done.

Hi Daveyo,

The board of the Winn Feline Foundation will be very interested as FIP is very high on their list of diseases they want to prevent or find a cure for. I have good contacts with Dr. Susan Little and Steve Dale who are both board members. Susan Gingrich who founded the Bria fund for FIP research is a good friend. If your research is worth further investigation you can apply for funding through the Bria fund.

Kind regards,
Marleen

Hi Marleen

I will pass this on to Dr. Sears of what you said here, which may have some interest, and also I am wondering if this same board is interested in Canine as well. We have a ton of data and cures in the Canine field, and like I said before no one expresses any interest yet we keep curing animals.

Example in Regards to Canine Distemper disease itself we have saved over 600 dogs to date and now even in the neurological phases which started in November we have saved over 50. Three of them are mine, which two of them had neurological damage, one of 99% total paralysis and is now walking, and the other Seizures and is now recovering, and the third one we got it inside the 6 day window and is completely a normal dog.

We also have a cure for Fading Puppy Syndrome, a cure for animals having cancer, a faster method to cure Parvo and turns off that virus in less than 48 hours, we also have a faster method to cure Herpes, and kennel cough. We have a lot.

As of the cats we have one for sure without any doubt a full cure and this is the one you and I are talking about. Yes we have other information on the other diseases as well.

No one has had interest!!!! except now???????

We have field and lab proof and evidence to verify everything I have said here.

How to contact them????

Hi Marleen

Dr. Sears will be back in about 2 days from now and I already had taken the time to write you a nice note but lost all my writing somehow do to connection error. If it possible please visit our site at [moderator note: website address has been removed] and register there and we can make official contact via our site.

We are very interested in your offer and perhaps by combining your objectives and our objectives and our field results of which we now need lab results to make it official we can have the cures all worked out in about 6 months time for the betterment of animals and humans as well and get it in the books.

The agenda and teamwork together may make it all worthwhile for everybody in the long run.

Hope to see you there and feel free to browse thru the site and see what I have posted for the people who want to save their animals.

Daveyo

I will be staying in touch with you here as well as to not miss connections.
